MOVIE moguls of the future will create their own films at an international competition to be held at Ackworth School.
Budding Steven Spielbergs in the village are preparing to star in the tenth annual Bridge Film Festival – an event for students from Quaker schools around the world – from March 27.

Students must create a documentary, narrative film or public service announcement which reflects Quaker values to impress a panel of judges at the contest.

Film-maker Charles Sturridge, who directed Lassie and Gulliver's Travels, is guest speaker at the festival and will talk about his career as well as showing selected scenes from his movies.
