Absolute Cowboys i had a kitchen fitted in feb 2013 and trust me they are an absolute disgrace they ask for money upfront which no one else does the reason for this is they never finish a job took 2 months to finish the work told me 10 days i had to keep phoning up numerous times bruce the so called fitter has no pride in his work what so ever he drilled through two holes into my dining room and into my lounge not only that drilled into my gas pipes then tried to say it was not his fault he still owes me money from paying the gas man a total of 170.00 for mending the gas leak which he was responsible for his attitude is very off hand i still have a kitchen that is no where near up to the  standard you would expect i have kick boards drilled on with big holes in  please do not use this company ever plus i have just seen his new shiny advert in the wakefield express with a photo of my kitchen in it which he never asked my permission for and would like my photo removing from his advert I don't want to be associated with that horrible man Bruce in any way at all and the so called good reviews posted on the same date I noticed must be purley fiction i have spoke to all the work men who work for him and they have had loads of complaints from premier kitchens so called shabby workmanship oh and I forgot to mention he did not fit my taps correctly and I had a leak under my sink so my kitchen floor could not be fitted till the leak was mended and as usual that was not is fault neither and he plumbed my washer the wrong way didn't know his hot from cold pipes oh and get this he has no insurance for his so called company so if he damages anything in your home he is not covered which to me is no way to run a business if you ask me he should closed down and cease trading altogether

I have only given one star rating as the site will not let me give it a no star or minus rating which is what he deserves. This kitchen company should be made to fold. the workmanship is non existant as is the professionalism of the compnay. These cowboys ( this is the only word i can use for these incompetent idiots) had the audacity to request payment up front, of which i am now not surprised at because they would never be paid otherwise. They refused to answer my calls regarding the things which needed putting right, even after going to trading standards they did not have the decency to come back to me. I have since had another much more reputable joiner to come in and put right the shambles that they call a kitchen, which was more expense but i could not live with it any longer. BEWARE anyone thinking of using them. They are appalling and should not be allowed to continue trading.

My mother is currentley having a kitchen fitted by Premier kitchens. They left early today and I have had a chance to look at the work done so far. I am appalled by their standard of kitchen fitting. There are gaps so big I fit 2 x 5p between, the shell isn't level and has already been screwed in, Ifound scupps on the edges of the shelves, they don't clean up properly, the tools have been left scattered around, THE WORK JUST LOOKS ROUGH and i hope to god they take the units away. Theres no amount of decorators caulk or covering up that will fix this job!!!

Don’t really know where to start!! We had 4 quotes from companies to supply and fit our new kitchen and Premier Kitchens were the cheapest. There is a reason for this! The work we received was sub standard and we had problems with the owner from start to finish. He wanted payment upfront and, against our better judgement we paid him, that was our 1st mistake. The only reason we did this is because a friend had recommended the company and thought that he must have done the same. As it turned out he had not paid for his work upfront and apparently the business had been sold to the present owner since he had his kitchen fitted. We paid him in Oct 2011 and he promised to start work that week. However, he did not start work until Nov. Although the contract stated it would take 3-5 working days to complete, we have just got our kitchen finished today, the date being 12/04/2012!! We have constantly had to chase him to complete the work and have only managed to get the work completed after going through Trading Standards and threatening court action. He would hide in the back of his workshop and leave a young lad to deal with our complaints whenever we went to approach him about our unfinished work, probably sat with a big pot of yellow paint to refresh the streak down his back!! As I have said, his was the cheapest quote but it has cost us in the long run, having to employ capable workmen to rectify his mistakes. Do not risk it, use a reputable company that have got good reviews, even if you have to pay a little bit more. We have had 6 months of headaches because of this cowboy. I have given him 1 star because I couldn’t put none.
