Badly signposted

BARNES Road has been closed as part of the roadworks around Xscape and the new Asda, I support the works.
My complaint, however, is that the road closed is badly signposted resulting in lots of traffic continuing up the road and having to turn round.
Emergency vehicles, fire police and ambulance with blue lights have been confused and also had to turn round.
The first sign is at the junction of Oxford Street and Beancroft Road, why?

The actual bollards are at the top of Barnes Road, why not at the bottom?
I reported this to workmen and again the following day to Waystone managers.
Waystone has not answered my complaint or done anything about this, despite me pointing out a fatal accident here two years ago.

They are showing no interest and I fear another accident.
I have also reported this to WMDC highways who have not replied.
After another police car came up, I stopped the officer who confirmed the badly positioned signs.
He is going to report it.
