WHY do we need 141 apartments in Castleford? Is there a demand for 141 apartments with all the other house developments around Castleford going on?
Do we want an eight-storey building on the side of the river? If this gets planning permission will it then not encourage other developers to try and go higher?


The skyline of good old Cas would never be the same. Not to mention the amount of extra traffic that 141-plus people, their families and friends will bring.
