BUS-mad bridegroom Adam Smith had a wheely great wedding reception after ferrying guests to the celebration in his restored bus.
The health technician even sent out a timetable and route planner with the invitations to his public transport themed reception, where the cake was also in the shape of his favourite vehicle.
Adam, 23, of Larks Hill, Pontefract, said: "I've been mad on buses since I was little.
"Last year I bought the old Leyland Lynx bus from Arriva and it has taken just over a year to be fully restored – it was the first bus off the production line so is priceless as well as attractive.
"I thought it was a novel way to take people to the reception and everyone loved it – but the bus did run 20 minutes late.
"Timetables and route planners were sent out with the invitations so people could be picked up along the way, and my best man Andrew Fox also created a bus wedding cake."
Newlyweds Adam and wife Keeley, 22, married in Italy on Friday August 8 before marking their nuptials with friends and family at the King's Croft Hotel on Friday.
They also took the restored bus, which cost £1,000 when bought as scrap, to wow staff at bus depots in Castleford and Wakefield.
He added: "They were all really impressed and some remembered it from the past. I'll be taking it to transport events to show off now but it was great to include it in my wedding."
