All aboard to win a prize

BUS passengers across the Five Towns have the chance to win prizes by getting aboard special Arriva buses.
Arriva Yorkshire has launched a series of six buses decorated in white with bright pink logos on which passengers can win iPod Nano music players and Playstation 3 games consoles.
The buses – called vault buses – are single deckers with low floor easy access and are on trial at the Castleford depot until August 16, with the prize winning campaign running alongside.
Chloe Leach, marketing and communications manager, said: “The vault buses are very easy to spot. Each has a question displayed onboard and all passengers have to do is write their answer and their contact details on the back of their bus ticket. They can post it into the vault as they leave the vehicle.
“It’s so easy and we really hope passengers enjoy taking part.”
The vault buses can be found on routes 135, 136, 156, 159 which serve Pontefract, Castleford, Junction 32, Chequerfield and Ferry Fryston.
People can also enter the competition by visiting Arriva’s Pontefract or Castleford travel centres at the bus stations.
