A HORSE show extravaganza will be held in Ferrybridge this weekend to raise money for charity.
Three animal-loving friends, Mandy Burton, 40, Claire Halliday, 38, and Gemma Joy, 26, have organised a horse show to raise money for the Prince of Wales Hospice and the charity Brooke, which helps horses and donkeys working in the poorest parts of the world.

The trio’s event – which will include a stall and raffle – will take place at the horse yard next to DC Grahams Garden Centre, on Holmfields, off Stranglands Lane, on Sunday August 10.
