A FEATHERSTONE firefighter showed first class medical skills in a regional challenge.
Firefighter Adam Smith, along with Adie Wilkes, crew manager at Hemsworth fire station, won the trauma contest against collegeaues from across the region in a competition on June 7. The duo were faced with a realistic accident scene with casualties and had to assess the situation before putting their medical skills to the test.
