Death crash woman named

A WOMAN was killed when her car collided with an HGV in Thorpe Audlin on Tuesday.
She has been named as Kathleen Mary Fox, aged 48 of Queens Avenue, Pontefract.
She died when her car, a Ford Focus car collided with a Scania HGV on Doncaster Road at its junction with Wentbridge Lane at about 5.20pm.
A male passenger in the car was taken to Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
A man in his early 40s was arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
