Gang smashes train window

A GANG of youths – including children as young as eight – smashed a window on a commuter train in Castleford.
An object was thrown at the Northern Rail Sheffield to Leeds train as it travelled between Whitwood junction and Castleford at around 6.15pm on Wednesday August 20.
British Transport Police said witnesses saw a group of about eight children, aged between eight and 15, in the area.
