Passengers stranded as bus company folds

A SMALL independent bus company has ceased trading and left residents on its routes stranded.
South Yorkshire Motors – which operates in the Pontefract and Knottingley area – has stopped trading this week, resulting in the complete withdrawal of the 143, 412, 487 and 488 services.
