TOUCHING tributes have been left on memorial websites dedicated to a teenage girl found hanged at her Pontefract home.
Carleton High School pupil Kevleen Marie Cording, 16, was found dead in her bedroom, at Eastbourne Terrace, by her mother’s partner at about 11.25pm on April 28.
An inquest at Wakefield Coroner’s Court heard she had had an argument with a friend earlier that day and was last seen by her mother at 11pm.
Since the tragedy, four websites have been set up on www.gonetoosoon.com in her memory and more than 4,000 people have logged on to pay their tributes.
One said: “Kevleen was so full of life, always happy and smiling, always made everyone smile when they felt down and always had a good time but sadly she was taken away so suddenly.”
Another reads: “You bring tears to my eyes because I’m never going to see you smile or laugh. The only thing that comes to my mind to know that you are gone is that God wanted another angel and you were such a stunner he chose you, not knowing of the consequences. You had no idea how many people loved you.”
Kevlee’s funeral will take place on Monday May 12 at 3.30pm at Pontefract Crematorium, followed by a celebration of her life at Featehrstone Rovers’ rugby club.
