Businesses will take part in a roadshow to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week.

A hub will be visiting town centres offering a one stop shop for young people and school leavers.

They will provide careers advice and talk about apprenticeship opportunities across the district.

National Apprenticeship Week takes place between Monday, March 9 and Friday, March 13.

Coun Denise Jeffery, cabinet member for economic growth and skills, said: “This roadshow will provide a range of information and guidance to both young people and also businesses who want to find out more about these valuable opportunities.

“Apprenticeships are becoming a popular choice amongst youngsters giving them the chance to earn a wage whilst they learn important skills and experience for the future. I encourage everybody to come along and find out more.”

The roadshow will stop at:
