A man was verbally abused as he travelled on a train.
The incident took place between 9.45pm and 10.15pm on Friday, August 1, on a train travelling between Leeds and Castleford.
And British Transport Police have released this picture of two men they want to speak to in connection with the incident.
PC Sam Bloomfield, the investigating officer, said: “The victim, a 43-year-old man from Leeds, boarded the train at Leeds. During the journey it is alleged that a group of two men and two women sat across from him and began to make offensive remarks directed towards him.
“The victim managed to take a photo of two men on the train, which we are now releasing in order to trace them and speak to them in connection with this incident.
“If you are the men in the picture, or know them, please come forward as we believe you have important information which could assist in this investigation.
“No-one should have to be subjected to any form of verbal abuse or offensive comments whilst travelling on the rail network.”
