Dog problem at cemetery

I AM the mother of a stillborn child who is buried in Castleford cemetery on Healdfield Road.

Every time we visit our daughter’s grave we are having to deal with people allowing their dogs off the leads – there is a notice saying this is not permitted – aswell as having to move dog muck which is left near our daughter’s grave and other children’s graves.

I find this morally wrong. If this was to happen near one of their own loved ones’ graves they wouldn’t be too pleased.

So if you are reading this and are one of these people PLEASE walk your dogs correctly and pick the muck up.
