Health trainers from South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are inviting people along to the event on Wednesday July 3 from 10am to 1pm in a bid to improve their health and wellbeing.

There will also benity to network with support agencies and information stalls at the event will include free NHS health checks carried out by the health trainers, advice from the stop smoking service, community food and health workers, Arthritis Care and many more.

Health trainers offer support, motivation and encouragement to anyone who would like to make healthy changes to their lifestyle.
