Motorists face delays this month as work continues on the new managed motorway stretch of the M62.
The westbound carriageway will be closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for two weekends from August 30.
The closure will be in place from 8pm to 6am each night and a signed diversion will be in place.
Three lanes of the westbound carriageway will be closed today (Monday) and tomorrow between junction 25 and 26.
On Wednesday (August 21), three lanes of the eastbound carriageway will be closed between junction 25 and 26.
There will also be delays next week as the westbound entry slip road at junction 29 next Tuesday and Wednesday.
The junction 30 westbound entry slip road will also be closed on August 29.
The managed motorway scheme is planned to be completed in the autumn.
Two lanes will also be closed on the eastbound carriageway between junction 32 and junction 33 from 8pm on Thursday, August 29 to 6am on Friday, August 30 for bridge inspections to take place.
