Staff at Methley Park Hospital celebrated the fundraising achievement of one of their colleagues who has raised around £6,000 for a cancer charity.
Cath Holmes, 53, a theatre worker at the Methley hospital, has organised a bikini top walk and a naked calendar to raise money for The Yorkshire Haven in Leeds, which supports people with breast cancer.
She was helped by the centre herself after being diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time in 2011, and is planning to continue her fundraising with a race night this summer.
Cath said: “It’s something that I will continue to do , because there are so many women, and men, who are diagnosed with breast cancer – one every minute.
“It’s a cause that you just want to do as much as you can for.”
