POLITICAL funnyman Rory Bremner returns to the live stage in a satirical comedy tour coming to Huddersfield next month.
Britain’s top impressionist is performing at the Lawrence Batley Theatre in a show that features events dominating the news, including topical stand-up about the coalition government, current affairs and sport.
Comedian Hattie Hayridge and jazz star Ian Shaw are also on the bill.
Bremner said: “It’s been great to get back on the road with this show with Ian and Hattie on a variety bill featuring a combination of satire, stand-up and musical virtuosity.”
The comedian honed his craft on the hit TV shows Rory Bremner...Who Else? and Bremner, Bird and Fortune. In 2010, Bremner’s Election Battle Bus Tour was a sell out success.
Tickets for Rory Bremner and Friends on Monday 21 May at 7.30pm are £17, or £15 for concessions.
