CREATIVE students at NEW College in Pontefract showed off their artistic skills when they held an exhibition this month.

The third annual exhibition by A-level students took place at the college last week, and was an opportunity for those studying photography, art, textiles and design to show off their best work.

This year the exhibition was also opened up to include media students.

Ruth Stanley, a photography teacher at the college said: “There was exciting, challenging and stimulating work on display, something to suite everyone’s tastes.

“It gave recognition to the amazing creative work the young people in our area produce.”
