Miller Homes is accepting early plot reservations on the final phase of their popular development at Priory Chase, off Grove Road, Pontefract.

The housebuilder is gearing up for the release of the final raft of homes, which includes one block of contemporary apartments and just 11 houses, by urging buyers who are perhaps considering moving later this year to view the plans and properties now.

“The early bird reservation policy is a great way to make sure you get exactly what you want and on popular developments like Priory Chase it really does pay dividends,” said Sarah Whinfrey sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire.

“This development has been hugely popular with the local community and is ideally situated close to one of the town’s major employers and within the wider commuter network of the region.”

Buyers are able to make an early bird reservation by visiting the site and discussing available properties with the sales adviser prior to their release. Advantages of buying this way include the ability to choose exactly which plot you would prefer and being able to personalise your home by choosing kitchens, bathrooms and tiles.

“This is a great opportunity for potential buyers to secure their perfect home for just a small reservation fee,” said Sarah. “When the property is officially released they have first refusal and 48 hours to confirm if they wish to proceed or not. It really couldn’t be simpler.”

Priory Chase’s sales centre is open Thursday to Saturday and Monday, 10.30am–5.30pm. Alternatively, call 0800 840 8601 or visit www.millerhomes.co.uk for details.
