Weather hits Wakefield’s weekend sporting fixtures
A number of football matches across the district have been postponed this weekend.
Wakefield Council said there would not be any games taking place on waterlogged pitches at Thornes Park, Outwood Grange Park, Wrenthorpe Park and Pontefract Park.
