Letter - Proper wage, no expenses

Regarding A&E closures, to give us the NHS we had and need, the private finance initiative (PFI) should be told they are not being paid £60m and £40m for two hospitals every year for 30 years and should disappear to whence they came because with what it is costing to rent these essential buildings we could build new NHS buildings.

If we want a government for the people and the country then give the MPs a proper wage, then put into law that they cannot claim expenses, sit on boards of companies or groups, advise any company or group, lobby for any company or group and must not hold any shares in any company or group that is lobbied for to parliament. Simple if the people demand these points be put into law for their and the country’s good.
