NOSTALGIC former charges and carers at a children's home in Carleton can share fond
memories of their time there on a new website.
People who stayed at the now demolished Eastwell Lodge centre – which took in children from poor families or violent backgrounds – are invited to post pictures and anecdotes for others to read.
Annual reunions and events will also be promoted on the website.

Former home resident George Wrigglesworth, 50, has shared personal memories of his six years at Eastwell Lodge on the service.
He said: "All interested parties can use the website, especially residents and carers.
"It is a vehicle for future events such as our successful reunions in Pontefract with local links.
"Author Nigel Wrightson has created the website wonderfully with help from another former resident and there are plans to develop it further."

The website is available at www.eastwelllodge.btik.com.
