STUDENTS from Pontefract NEW College learned about differing aspects of Blackpool's tourism trade during a day-long visit.
The trip, organised by students Laura Fisher, Emma Lycett, Sally Howard, Samantha Brain and Lydia Lowe, included visits to Blackpool Airport, where they learned about its history and security procedures.
They also went to Blackpool Zoo and Louis Tussaud’s wax museum to learn about day-to-day operations and how they are promoted.
