PLAYERS from Wakefield Service Area teams received awards at presentation nights at Featherstone Lions ARLFC and Eastmoor Dragons ARLFC.
Organisers thanked Ryan Hudson (Castleford Tigers) and Sam Obst (Wakefield Wildcats) for presenting players with team photographs and certificates. They are also grateful to Castleford Tigers, Wakefield Wildcats and Featherstone Rovers for providing raffle prizes.
Wakefield's four age groups played against South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and Hull. The under 14s and 15 were unbeaten in all their three games and the under 12s and 13s won their opening two matches and narrowly lost to strong Hull teams in the final games.
