UNDEFEATED Castleford professional boxer Luke Robinson is in action tonight (Thursday) on a Mark Bateson and Kevin Spratt promotion in Leeds, titled 'Vendetta.'
The 21-year-old (pictured), of Nicholson street, faces Nottingham big hitter Curtis Valentine.
Both boxers were former top amateurs but never fought each other in the unpaid ranks.
They clash tonight over six rounds in the highly competitive light middleweight division.
In what is expected to be a thrilling toe-to-toe encounter, Robinson knows he needs a win to climb the rankings and get a shot at the Central Area title.
Dinner show guests at the sold-out Elland Road Exhibition Suite will have pre-fight entertainment from top comedian Frank Carson.
Guest of honour is Alan Minter, the former undisputed middleweight world champion.
