FEATHERSTONE Rovers are giving ladies free admission to Sunday's home Co-operative Championship game against Sheffield Eagles (3pm).
The club hope the initiative will help attract more families to matches at Bigfellas Stadium.
Rovers chief executive Andy Prout said: "We are making Sunday's match a ladies day. There will be a special turnstyle for ladies and they can attend the game for free.
"We are trying to create more of a family atmosphere and get more people to attend matches as families.
"We recognise there are already a number of ladies that already attend our matches but I'd imagine most of them are season ticket holders so we are trying to get more ladies to experience the match-day atmosphere.
"We are just trying to extol the virtues of coming to Rovers and having a good day out."
Rovers can clinch top spot in the table on Sunday but there will not be a post-match trophy presentation.
Mr Prout said: "We don't want to pre-empt anything. We just want to continue what we are doing, one game at a time.
"If and when we do win the title, whatever is available to us in the way of a trophy will be presented at our final league match against Barrow next month"
The first event in Featherstone forward Jamie Field's well-deserved three-month testimonial takes place on Sunday when a race night is held in the Rovers clubhouse after the Sheffield match.
Latest £500 Rovers lottery winners are E Garea (A2262E), R Smith (W2177), R Manson (B5260), T Grant (Q0269), C Bellfield (J6659) Junction meal voucher: W Hopton (V0913).
