The Centurions have made the announcement on the club's official website.
Leigh head coach Ian Millward said: "The club thought it was in our best interests to concentrate on our three pre-season games with Super League teams."
Featherstone will now have four pre-season matches, all at the Chris Moyles Stadium.
They are against Doncaster (Boxing Day), Wakefield (January 10), Blackpool (January 17) and Hull KR (January 24).
Rovers are offering a multi entrance ticket for the pre-season friendlies.
The advance entrance ticket costs £35 for adults, £20 for OAPs and students and £8 for children. It is available online at www.fevshop.com.
Normal gate entry prices will be £10, £5 and £3 for the Blackpool and Doncaster games and £14, £9 and £3 for the Wakefield and Hull KR matches.
Supporters are urged to take advantage of the offer before Friday, December 18, to guarantee tickets before the Christmas holidays.
