CASTLEFORD Tigers today confirmed they will host Featherstone Rovers in a pre-season match at Probiz Coliseum on Sunday, January 20 (3.30pm).
Admission will be £12 adults and £5 concessions.
The teams last met in the Challenge Cup fourth round in April this year when Championship club Featherstone pulled off an upset by beating their Super League neighbours 23-16 at Big Fellas Stadium.
Rovers also visit Wakefield Wildcats in a pre-season match on Sunday, January 13 (3pm).
Featherstone are set to play Castleford and Wakefield in pre-season friendlies at Big Fellas Stadium in 2014.
Rovers chief executive Craig Poskitt said: “Taking into account the re-developments at the Big Fellas Stadium, we have an agreement in place with both Wakefield Trinity and Castleford Tigers which will see them play at Big Fellas Stadium in pre-season 2014.”
