Briggs makes try-scoring comeback for Featherstone
KYLE Briggs (pictured) scored a try on his Featherstone Rovers comeback in last night's 84-18 Reserves Championship victory over York City Knights at Bigfellas Stadium
Briggs, who is back in action after a shoulder operation, started the game at loose-forward.
He had a run out for around 20 minutes as Rovers maintained their unbeaten record this season.
Featherstone led 50-6 at half-time in a 15-try romp against a young York side.
Tom Carr piled up 26 points with two tries and nine goals.
Featherstone's other try scorers were Lewis Jones (two), Cayci Pearson (two), Jack Iley (two), Nathan Harper, Rob Kirk, Nat Browne, Aaron Lyons, Mufaro Mvududu and James Kitchen,.
Kyran Johnson landed three goals.
