Holders Townville host neighbours Methley in the Senior Yorkshire Council Championship semi-finals next Sunday after both made progress.
Methley have conceded home advantage and switched the match to Townville because of a pre-booked function at their ground.
Townville beat Wakefield Thornes on a faster scoring rate after their quarter-final was abandoned because of rain.
Matt Varley (5-40), David Toft (2-39) and Joe Cuthbertson (2-46) helped dismiss Townville for 186, a total which included 47 by Jack Hughes and 39 from Jonny Booth.
Alex Page (2-18) and Conor Harvey (2-30) restricted Thornes’ reply to 110-6 from 25.3 overs before the weather intervened.
Methley won by three wickets at Pontefract League leaders Fairburn, who were bowled out for 100.
Only Guy Abdy (24) and Jake Abdy (25) reached double figures as Dan Broadbent took 4-12 and Ben Waite 3-32.
Methley did not find it as easy as they maybe thought it would be at half-way as they lost seven wickets in reaching the target. But after altering their batting order they had plenty in reserve to get home in the 19th over with Waite and Mushtifar Bashir top scoring with 16 each.
The other semi-final sees Treeton visit Aston Hall in an all-South Yorkshire League clash. The final is at Liversedge on September 7.
