Fellow opener Jonny Booth gave him good support with 50 and Matthew Bremner hit 43 before some big hitting came from Jack Hughes who smashed four sixes and 10 fours in an unbeaten 88 made off just 48 deliveries.

Bankfoot never got going in their reply and were all out for just 91 with Nadim Hussain taking 6-31 and two wickets each for Jack Hebden and Hughes.
