Glasshoughton WMC regained top spot in Pontefract and District Pool League by beating Girnhill Lane 8-2.

Glasshoughton are one point ahead of Ex Servicemans who won 6-4 at Kellingley Club.

Angling Club avenged the previous week’s shock defeat against Miners Arms by defeating them 8-2 away from home.

There were also good wins for White Swan, Olde Tavern and Elephant.
