Fourteen-year-old Hannah won the club’s Ladies Championship.

On the second day, Hannah shot 76, giving her a two-round total of 151. She pipped Ellie who had an excellent second round score of 72 to finish on 152.
Hannah has now reduced her handicap from 12 to six this season which is a massive improvement.
The sisters visitied Bromborough in Cheshire to complete in the EWGA Northern Girls Under 18 Championship which Ellie won last year.
In the first round, Ellie shot a two under par 72 which put her into first place.
Hannah played superbly and was only one over after 13 holes but as soon as the weather changed she struggled to continue the momentum.
In the afternoon, torrential rain made the course unplayable and the second round was cancelled.
Ellie won the Clement Bowl and also the Chairmans trophy for the best over 15 and under 18 year old competitor. Her handicap is now scratch.
