Townville Club stage series of top darts events

Townville Recreation and Sports Club, in association with New Generation Darts and Promotions are holding a PDC Q-School qualifying competition next Saturday, December 3.

The winner on the day of the knock-out competition will win a place at the PDC Q-School in January and potentially a sponsor for the 2017 season.

Doors open 10.30am and registration closes at 1pm. Entry fee to the competition is £7.

On Saturday, December 17, the Townville club will host the Bradford Darts Prtomotions Grand Final.

Competitions are held at several Yorkshire venues throughout the year culminating in a Grand Final.

The top 64 men play for a possible £1,000 first prize, with also the top eight ladies and top eight youths playing their finals. Doors open 10.30am and the competitions are set to start at 1pm.

On Friday, January 27, Townville will stage a competition for people to play against Phil “The Power” Taylor” when he visits the Poplar Avenue club in March.

The entry fee to the competition is £5 and the two finalists will each receive a VIP ticket and a guaranteed game against Taylor.

Doors open from 5pm and registration closes at 7pm with the competition starting at 7.30pm.

Townville will host the second round of the Bradford Bradford Darts Promotions 2017 competition on Saturday, January 28.

Sixteen-times world champion Phil Taylor will be at the Townville club on Saturday, March 25.
