Members of Castleford-based Phantoms Kickboxing Club were in outstanding form at the Warriors Open.
Seven Phantoms members fought for the first time at the tournament which is one of the largest in the country and attracts some of the top fighters and the current Great Britain squad.
Joe Oldfield, Alex Halman, Josh Siddons and David Meek all performed excellently against more experienced opponents.
Bailey Willis won a gold medal in the points section and bronze medal in the light continuous section and beat some on the top young fighters around at the moment.
Sam Cockerham won bronze medal in the points section and was very unlucky not to make the final.
Simon Dwyer won silver medal in the light continuous on an impressive debut.
All the fighters did the Phantoms Club proud with their efforts and never say die attitude.
Phantoms train every Monday and Wednesday at Castleford Academy. For details phone senior instructor Craig Stokes (5th Dan Black Belt) on 07900912769.
