CASTLEFORD'S slide continued with their fifth straight Stobart Super League defeat when they lost 42-16 at London Broncos this afternoon (Saturday).
London scored 20 unanswered points in the last 21 minutes to bag their first win of the season.
Castleford were 10-0 down after 10 minutes but hit back to lead 12-10 with tries by Nick Youngquest (12 minutes) and Kirk Dixon (22 minutes).
Dixon kicked both conversions to edge the Tigers ahead but London regained control to take a 22-12 interval advantage.
Ryan McGoldrick (pictured) grabbed a 45th minute touchdown to cut the gap to six points but the Broncos dominated the remainder of the game.
London's try scorers were David Howell (two), Chris Bailey, Chris Melling, Jason Golden, Matt Cook, Daniel Sarginson and Craig Gower.
Michael Witt kicked five goals.
