McGoldrick handed two-match suspension

CASTLEFORD Tigers player Ryan McGoldrick has been suspended for two matches.

McGoldrick (pictured) was found guilty of illegal use of the forearm/elbow in a 42nd minute tackle on Widnes Vikings substitute Steve Pickersgill in Monday’s Stobart Super League game at Probiz Coliseum.

McGoldrick, who pleaded guilty to the Grade B offence when he appeared before the RFL Disciplinary Committee in Leeds, was also fined £300.
