Castleford Tigers winger Justin Carney has been handed his second two-match ban this season.

The former Sydney Roosters player (pictured), who has scored four tries this campaign, was suspended for two games today (Wednesday) after being found guilty of a dangerous throw on St Helens’ Paul Wellens in Monday’s Super League match.

Carney, who was given a two-match ban for fighting at Hull last month, will miss Castleford’s home games against Huddersfield Giants this Saturday and Widnes Vikings the following weekend.
