CASTLEFORD Tigers duo Rangi Chase and Daryl Clark have both earned international call-ups for autumn internationals.

Both players returned to action after injury against Catalan Dragons on Sunday and have been rewarded with places in the two England squads set for internationals when the Super League season ends.

Chase has been selected for the elite training squad, which will form the nucleus of the side that will compete in this autumn’s triangular tournament against France and Wales.

The squad also includes former Featherstone Rovers back Zak Hardaker as well as ex-Featherstone Lions juniors Rob Burrow and Tom Briscoe.

The England Knights squad, meanwhile, includes eight new names, including Castleford’s talented young hooker Clark.

The Knights will play Ireland and Scotland in the Alitalia Cup commencing next month and the squad also features Lock Lane junior product Greg Eden, who left Cas at the end of last season to join Huddersfield Giants, as well as former Tigers star Joe Westerman.
