Rovers star set to reach milestone against Sheffield

Featherstone Rovers full-back Ian Hardman is set to make his 300th career appearance in tomorrow night’s (Friday) Championship game against Sheffield Eagles at Big Fellas Stadium.

Hardman has made 206 appearances for Featherstone since 2009. He was previously with Widnes (29 games in 2008), Hull Kingston Rovers (18 games in 2007) and St Helens (46 games between 2003 and 2007).

Rovers half-back Kyle Briggs needs 14 points to reach 500 for the club.

Briggs’ total of 486 has been reached with 48 tries and 147 goals in 86 games for Rovers (2009 to 2010, 2012 to 2014 and 2016).
