Jack Shutt bowled Castleford to a 26-run win over Driffield Town in a low scoring Yorkshire ECB Premier League game at Savile Park.
At the half-way point Castleford looked in danger of defeat after they had only made 155, but they produced a winning effort in the field, led by Shutt, who took 6-18 in 8.5 overs.
With Alex Romaniw also taking two wickets and coming up with a run out, Driffield were all out for 129.
John Randerson, with 25, had earlier top scored for Cas with James Sykes hitting 22, Romaniw 21 and Luke Frankland 21.
Castleford seconds went down by five wickets to Thorp Arch & Boston Spa in the York Senior League after making 141-8 with Nathan Smith (36) and Ardash Vani (27) top scoring.
Vani also took 3-41 to be the pick of the Castleford bowlers.
