Thorpe Audlin kept up their excellent start in Pontefract and District Cricket League Division Four by trouncing Pledwick by 153 runs.

Chris Roughley (52), Rob Iverson (45) and Jamie Evans (44) guided Thorpe to 199-5.

Scott Murray snapped up 8-15 from 13.4 overs as Pledwick were skittled for 46.

Ferrybridge Power Station were four-wicket winners against Sykehouse.

Paul Lumb (4-18) and Keith Lumb (3-15) toppled nine-man Sykehouse for 50.

Ferrybridge’s reply started badly but David Shaw (15) ensured they overhauled the modest target.

South Kirkby slipped to a 24-run defeat at Fenwick.

Martyn Howie (6-20) and Dylan Moran (4-39) sent Fenwick reeling from 62-2 to 95 all out but Kirkby’s reply never got going and they were dismissed for 71.

Simon Smales (33) and Tony Holmes (29) steered Pollington to a six-wicket win against Bentley Colliery who were bowled out for 99 by Richard Ellam (5-45), Holmes (2-25) and Moosa Patel (2-22).

There was no play in Ackworth’s game at Stanley Falcon and Netherton’s home fixture against Ryhill.
