WANDERERS retained the Five Towns Quiz League Division One championship by winning 81-72 at Flanagan’s Army in a last match title decider on Monday evening.

Railwaymen were relegated after losing 63-52 to Olde Taverners. Crofton WMC won the Division Two title. They finished level on points at the top with Golden Lion Dudes who had a slightly inferior total of points scored.

RESULTS - Division 1: Featherstone Phoenix 60, Last Orders 59; Flanagan’s Army 72, Wanderers 81; Railwaymen 52, Olde Taverners 63. Division 2: G-Fivers 64, Kippax Ex-Service 51; Leading Ladies 64, Golden Lion Dudes 66; Little ‘Un 33, Rockin Gladiators 60.
