THOUSANDS of women accepted Cancer Research UK's invitation to Race for Life at Pontefract park on Sunday and now the charity is asking them to make one last dash – for cash.
More than 4,700 mums, daughters, sisters, friends and colleagues took part in the two events to raise money for Cancer Research UK's life saving work.
Now organisers are asking them to take the final step by collecting and returning their fundraising money to help the charity hit its £211,000 target for the Pontefract events.
