This year The Art House, based in Wakefield, introduced the Mini Art Prize, as a way for the visiting public to vote for their favourite work. More than 80 visitors voted and feedback for all the work has been very positive, with the number of pieces being sold rising fourfold.

Angie said: “I am absolutely thrilled to have been supported by The Art House and the public in this way, as such recognition is vitally important in developing one’s practice adn understanding the audience for contemporary art.”

The Art House is a national membership organisation for visual artists, established in 1994, offering support to artists in the development of their professional practice and the realisation of their creative ambitions.
