Full list of restaurants as Deliveroo confirms launch in Pontefract and Castleford today with a £10 discount for new customers

Deliveroo said it had brought forward a planned launch in the towns by several weeks as part of an effort to support restaurants and customers through lockdown.

At launch, the app is offering delivery from more than 40 restaurants - a mixture of high street brands and local favourites, including KFC, Burger King, Gelato Creamery and Smoky Boys.

More restaurants are expected to be added in the coming weeks, with delivery available in Pontefract, Castleford and Featherstone.

Grocery retailers including the Co-op will also be available to order on the platform.

Deliveroo will be looking for people in Pontefract, Castleford and Featherstone to become riders - those who work as riders will be able to work when they want and where they want, delivering food and groceries to customers’ doors in under 30 mins.

Until Sunday, February 28, 2021, new customers can get £10 off their first delivery on the app with a minimum spend of £15 by using the code WEGETFOOD.
