Pub to make 'replica' of its inside with five marquees for outdoor reopening

A pub is set to reopen with five new marquees seating 150 and a replica of the inside of its inside in the garden bar.

The Hare and Hounds at West Ardsley is hoping to open its outside on April 12 when restrictions are relaxed.

permanent outdoor bar - built during lockdown 1.0 - into a replica of the pubs cosy interior by filling it with furniture from inside the pub.

Jackie has also invested in four outdoor screens to enable customers to enjoy theb summer’s sport and installed three igloos for group meet ups once inside socialising is permitted from May 17.

Jackie said: “People are lonely. They can’t wait to get back to the pub and a bit of normality. Everyone is looking forward to meeting up, sharing onversation and having a change of environment. We’ll be ready with big smiles to welcome them.”
