Easter supermarket opening times for Morrisons, Tesco, Aldi, Asda and more

Supermarkets across the district will be opening at different hours this weekend due to the Easter break.

With lockdown restrictions easing, allowing six people or two different households to meet outdoors, many will be planning a catch up.

And if you're planning on a weekend roast or (weather permitting) a barbecue, you might be needing a quick dash to the supermarket.

All stores have different trading hours over the Easter weekend, with most closing on Easter Sunday.

Here's a roundup of trading hours for Morrisons, Aldi, Iceland, Tesco Sainsburys, Lidl and M&S.

Morrisons

Iceland

Iceland will operate normal trading hours on Good Friday and Saturday.

They will be closed on Easter Sunday and normal trading hours will resume again on Monday.

Stores are to remain closed on Easter Sunday, but will be open until 8pm on Monday.

On Easter Monday stores will open 8am - 8pm.

On Good Friday and Saturday, stores will be open until 8pm, although times may vary depending on location.

Tesco

Tesco will have different trading hours for its Extra Superstores and Metro branches over the Easter weekend.

On Good Friday, Extra Superstores and Metro stores will be open until 8pm.

On Saturday, Extra Superstores and Metro stores will be open until 10pm.

On Easter Sunday, Superstores and Metro stores will be closed.

On Monday, Extra Superstores and Metro stores will be open until 6pm.

Express stores will operate normal trading hours throughout the four-day Easter weekend.
